The activities of Jardin Eden aim three different surfaces:

1. Atelier 'Soutiens scolaire': Creation of a positive and comfortable learning atmospher

Education is one of the most important things to help the kids to look in a better future. We want to provide a place for the kids where they feel comfortable to do there work for school. Whenever they have questions or problems, there will be somebody to ask or to help.

2. Atelier 'Bibliothèque': Culture & Health education  

Development of a sense of culture and also responsibility for each other including health education. AIDS and other bad diseases make life often very hard for African kids. The biggest problem is the fact, that they do not know a lot about health and hygiene. We want to teach those kids what they can do to avoid getting infected and what causes those bad diseases.

3. Atelier 'Animation': Development of a cross border sense of community

Together we are strong and only together we can make a change. We want to show the kids how important and fun friendship can be. Working together on different projects (e.g. dancing, singing and hand work) will allow the kids to explore their skills and abilities. It is also our goal to reduce prejudges toward other people.
